Program Description

Discover Vienna from a completely different perspective on a unique Segway tour through Austria's imperial capital. It's a fantastic way to explore the city's most iconic landmarks while experiencing the atmosphere of one of Europe's most beautiful cities.

Your tour begins with a brief introduction to riding a Segway before you set off through Vienna's historic streets. Along the way, you'll pass impressive buildings, elegant squares and grand boulevards that have witnessed centuries of Habsburg history.

You'll ride past the Natural History Museum and the Museum of Art History - two magnificent twin buildings that rank among Austria's most important cultural institutions. Their monumental architecture perfectly reflects the imperial character of the city.

Next, you'll arrive at the Hofburg, the former winter residence of the Habsburg dynasty, which served as the political centre of the empire for centuries. Today, the palace complex is the official residence of the President of Austria and remains one of Vienna's most recognisable landmarks.

The route also follows the famous Ringstrasse, the grand boulevard surrounding Vienna's historic centre. You'll continue to Stadtpark, where you'll see monuments dedicated to some of the city's most distinguished residents, including the famous golden statue of Johann Strauss, one of the greatest composers of Viennese waltzes.

This tour is the perfect choice for anyone looking to combine active sightseeing with discovering the history and most famous attractions of Vienna in a modern and enjoyable way.

The itinerary and programme are subject to change.
