Program Description

A trip to China is not complete without tasting authentic Peking duck, which has been prepared since imperial times! The evening tour is an opportunity to enjoy a dish that was originally made in the 14th century. Dinner will be held at one of the leading restaurants - Duck de Chine, which uses ancient cooking and roasting techniques and selects only the best meat for this iconic Chinese classic. Restaurant staff will demonstrate how to properly eat this popular dish. The duck is served with spring onions, cucumber and sweet bean sauce, all wrapped in a pancake and garnished with pickled radishes and other sauces.
