Program Description

Enjoy a excursion showing the historical side of Cyprus. The first point of the program is Salamina, a city founded by Teucer in the 12th century BC, shortly after his return from the Trojan War. On site, visit the ancient theater, spa and gym. Next, drive and explore Famagusta. This is an excellent opportunity to see the mighty defensive walls that symbolize the power and past of this city. On the spot, visit St. Nicholas Cathedral, which has been converted into the Lali Mustafa Pasha Mosque. The program also includes a guided walk through the narrow and atmospheric streets of Famagusta and passing by Othello's tower. There will be time for a brief stop at the Constantia Beach, while enjoying the panoramic view of the ghost town of Famagusta. Free time and return to hotels.
