Program Description

Visit the Panthéon, one of the most remarkable landmarks in Paris's Latin Quarter, where French history meets magnificent architecture. Originally built as a church dedicated to Saint Genevieve, the patron saint of Paris, it now serves as a national mausoleum honouring some of France's greatest historical figures.

Inside, you will admire the building's impressive neoclassical architecture and monumental paintings depicting the history of Christianity in France. One of the highlights is the famous Foucault's Pendulum, which dramatically demonstrates the Earth's rotation.

During your visit, you can also explore the crypt, the final resting place of renowned French figures including Voltaire, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Victor Hugo, Marie Curie and Émile Zola. It is a fascinating place to discover France's cultural and historical heritage.
