Lassithi (PL)

Transfer from hotels to the Lassithi plateau - a green, flat plain surrounded by mountains. Time has stopped here on the plateau, with traditional Cretan villages spreading all around, creating an unusual atmosphere and adding to the charm of the place.  During the tour you can enjoy the breathtaking green panorama with scattered stone windmills and views of the boundless sea. For an additional cost, it is possible to visit the most famous site on the plateau: the Dikte Cave, located in the village of Psihro and known as the Cave of Zeus - with its stunning stalactites and stalagmites. The next stop of the tour is Keras Kardiotissas Monastery, which has been one of the most important religious centers in Crete for centuries. On the way back, a short stop in the picturesque village of Mochlos, where you will have a magnificent view of the villages of Hersonissos, Stalis and Malia. Return to hotels.
