Discover Rhodes from a different perspective as evening falls, when the medieval city of Rhodes reveals its most atmospheric side. This is the moment when monuments take on a new character and the island’s history feels truly alive.

You will begin at Mandraki Harbour, one of the most iconic spots on the island. According to legend, this is where the Colossus of Rhodes – one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World – once stood. As you continue, you will also see elegant Venetian-style administrative buildings that reflect the island’s rich and multicultural past.

Next, you will head to Monte Smith hill, where picturesque views of the city and coastline unfold before you. It is the perfect place to take in Rhodes from a different perspective. Here, you can also explore the ruins of the Temple of Apollo, along with the ancient stadium and odeon – remarkable reminders of the island’s importance in antiquity.

The highlight of the experience is a walk through the Old Town of Rhodes, the largest inhabited medieval town in Europe. Strolling along narrow, cobbled streets beside imposing walls, you will feel the spirit of centuries past. The route leads through historic alleys to the impressive Palace of the Grand Master, one of the island’s most significant landmarks, dominating the skyline to this day.
