Program Description

Get ready for an unforgettable journey through the heart of Tuscany – a land of rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves. This tour is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Florence, taking you to the peaceful Chianti region, home to some of the world’s most famous wines.

During this experience, you’ll discover the true essence of Tuscany – its flavors, aromas, and postcard-perfect landscapes. Travel through the gentle hills, visit charming wineries, learn about the art of winemaking, and savor authentic local delicacies prepared by welcoming hosts.

Your adventure begins in Florence, where you’ll board a comfortable coach and set off toward the picturesque Chianti region. Along the way, your guide will share stories about the legendary “Gallo Nero” – the black rooster symbol that represents authentic Chianti wine – and the centuries-old traditions of Tuscan winemaking.

Your first stop is a family-run wine estate surrounded by lush vineyards. The friendly owners will greet you and take you on a tour of their wine cellar, revealing how Chianti is crafted – from grape to bottle. Then, enjoy a tasting of 3–4 different wines, including classic red Chianti and refreshing white varieties, accompanied by regional snacks such as local cheeses, fresh bread, and extra virgin olive oil produced on-site.

Next, visit another enchanting wine estate nestled among olive trees and cypress-lined hills. Here, you’ll sample more exquisite wines and gain deeper insight into Tuscany’s winemaking traditions. Take a moment to capture the breathtaking views or simply relax with a glass of wine in hand, soaking up the spirit of la dolce vita.

After the tastings, you’ll have time for a short walk through the vineyards, surrounded by the scent of grapes and the timeless beauty of the Tuscan countryside – a landscape that has inspired artists and travelers for centuries.

At the end of the day, you’ll return to Florence filled with wonderful memories… and perhaps a bottle or two of Chianti to take home.
