Program Description

Castles, charming historic towns and green landscapes - this full-day tour takes you beyond Luxembourg City to discover the country's scenic countryside. Travel comfortably by bus through the Mullerthal region, see the Schiessentümpel waterfall, stop at Beaufort Castle and explore Vianden Castle at your own pace. The itinerary also includes a visit to Echternach and its Old Abbey.

One of the first stops will be the Mullerthal region, where you will visit the picturesque Schiessentümpel waterfall. You will then continue towards Beaufort Castle, where a short stop is planned before the next part of your journey.

Another highlight of the day is Vianden Castle. Your admission ticket is included in the tour price, and you will have time to explore the castle independently. Discover its interiors at your own pace and learn more about Luxembourg's fascinating past.

The journey continues to Echternach, where you will visit the town and its Old Abbey. After exploring this historic destination, you will begin your return journey to Luxembourg City.

Throughout the trip, an audio guide will provide additional information about the places you visit, the country's history and the attractions along the route. This tour combines historic castles with some of the quieter and more scenic areas of the Luxembourg countryside.
