Cruise to Porto Santo

Pick up early in the morning and transfer to the port from where the ferry to Porto Santo departs. Embark on a captivating guided journey through Porto Santo, starting from Porto de Abrigo and heading to Portela Viewpoint. This stunning vantage point offers breathtaking views over Vila Baleira, the island’s golden sand beach, and its rugged highlands. Continue to Serra de Dentro, where you’ll witness unique greenish clay deposits formed by ancient underwater volcanic activity. Drive through Pedregal, an area rich in agricultural history and Pico do Castelo (437m) - a historic refuge for locals during pirate invasions. Next, venture to Lombas Viewpoint to admire the island’s scenic beauty and visit its iconic wooden windmill—an enduring symbol of the region’s cultural heritage. Continue to Ponta da Calheta, a breathtaking beach on the island’s southwest coast. From here, admire the striking blend of sand and rock and take in the view of Ilhéu da Cal, a natural landmark that enhances the beauty of the landscape. If the weather is clear, you may even catch a glimpse of Madeira Island. Lunch will be organized either in Calheta or in Vila Baleira. Free time in Porto Santo City Centre and return do Madeira Island.
