Program Description

Transfer to the Quinta das Malvas winery. A walk through the vineyard terraces of an old family Quinta; sharing in its history, the Madeira wine varietals and the characteristics of the island’s viticulture. Followed by the Heritage tasting on the terrace of Quinta das Malvas; discovery of the historic white varietals of Madeira (four wines): Sercial, Verdelho, Bual, Malmsey with pairing snacks: toasted almonds, cured Azorean cheese, traditional honey cake, dark chocolate and crackers.
