Program Description
Discover the secrets of traditional Moroccan cuisine during a hands-on cooking experience in Agadir. The programme combines an introduction to local ingredients and spices with the preparation of one of Morocco's most characteristic dishes - tajine.
After hotel pick-up, the experience continues at Kasbah Sous Market, located near the King's Palace. A guided culinary tour introduces the fresh produce and aromatic spices that play an important role in Moroccan cooking.
The next part focuses on traditional Moroccan mint tea. Participants will learn how it is prepared and discover the characteristic technique of pouring tea from a height.
The highlight of the experience is a hands-on tajine cooking class. With step-by-step guidance, participants will prepare a traditional Moroccan dish from scratch, which will then be enjoyed together for lunch accompanied by freshly prepared mint tea.
After lunch, there will be free time at Kasbah Sous Market to browse local products, discover traditional crafts and experience the atmosphere of the market. The experience concludes with a transfer back to the hotel.
