Program Description

Spend a relaxing day in Giethoorn, a picturesque Dutch village often referred to as the “Venice of the North”. Your trip begins at 10:00 in Amsterdam, where you will board a comfortable coach and travel through the Dutch countryside.

Once in Giethoorn, enjoy a 1-hour boat cruise along its peaceful canals. From the water, admire traditional farmhouses and small wooden bridges that give the village its distinctive character.

After the cruise, you will have time to explore Giethoorn at your own pace. Take a walk along the canals, stop for lunch or browse the local shops. You decide how to spend your time, while your local guide can provide recommendations on places to eat and sights worth visiting.

The entire experience lasts approximately 7.5 hours, combining a scenic canal cruise with plenty of time to independently discover one of the Netherlands' most charming villages.
