Pickup from hotels. Drive along a scenic route through desert landscapes, with views of the coast and nearby mountains that turn green during the rainy season. The first stop is Wadi Darbat, a river valley renowned for its stunning waterfalls. During the rainy season, from June to September, you can admire the impressive waterfalls surrounded by lush vegetation and tranquil lakes, inviting you to take a short hike with views of the Al Qara mountains. Enjoy some free time or opt to rent kayaks or boats on the lake (optional, at an additional cost). Next, visit Taqah Castle, a 19th-century fortress that was once the residence of local rulers. Then, head to Koofan Heritage House (admission extra), where you can explore traditional Omani interiors and exhibitions showcasing local culture and history, or take a walk around the area with views of Taqah village. The tour continues along Taqah Beach, where the coastline merges with majestic cliffs to create a picturesque and breathtaking landscape. The program also includes a short photo stop at the top of the Taqah cliffs, offering a panoramic view of the Taqah seaside village and the endless waters of the Arabian Sea. Return to hotels.
