Program Description

Explore two of Catalonia’s most iconic landmarks - the mystical Montserrat and the awe-inspiring Sagrada Familia. This experience perfectly blends nature, spirituality and art, offering a unique contrast between serene mountain scenery and the vibrant energy of the city.

The day begins with a journey from Barcelona to the Montserrat mountains, where the Santa Maria de Montserrat monastery sits among striking rock formations. One of Catalonia’s most important pilgrimage sites, the monastery is known for its distinctive architecture and valuable works of art. The panoramic views from the surrounding viewpoints create moments you will not soon forget.

After time spent in the mountains, you will return to Barcelona for a visit to the Sagrada Familia, the world-famous masterpiece of Antoni Gaudí. Construction of this extraordinary basilica began in 1882 and continues to this day, making it the crowning achievement of the Catalan architect’s career.

Inside, you will be impressed by the play of light, organic forms inspired by nature and the rich symbolism Gaudí worked on until his final days. It is a place that leaves a lasting impression, both visually and emotionally.

During the day, you will also have the opportunity to taste regional liqueurs, a pleasant way to discover local flavours and add a relaxed, culinary touch to the experience. It is a fitting finale to a day filled with contrasts, beauty and unforgettable sights.

The order of sightseeing and the program may be subject to change.
