Program Description
Pick up from hotels and drive to a village near Galle. There is no singular recipe for curry in Sri Lanka, and many ingredients are needed to create this dish. This unique experience begins in a traditional hut. Here your guide will explain cooking techniques and reveal the key ingredients used in Sri Lankan cuisine. He will demonstrate how coconut milk is made and accompany participants as they cook the curry. Finally, a tasting of the prepared meals. Return to hotels.
