Day 1. Transfer from Arlanda airport. Arrival to the centre of Stockholm and accommodation in a 4-star hotel (check-in from 15.00). Free time. Overnight stay.
Day 2. Breakfast. Guided tour of Stockholm (approx. 3 hours). Start of the tour around 9.00 a.m. The visit of Stockholm, a city often referred to as the Venice of the North, starts at Fjällgatan to see the magnificent view of the Swedish capital, spread out on 14 islands with Lake Mälar on one side and the Baltic Sea on the other. You will see the Old Town with its fascinating narrow cobble-stoned alleys, the Royal palace, the Cathedral, and the City Hall where the festivities of the annual Nobel Prize award takes place. Visit the town hall with a local guide. A canal cruise followed by a view of the island of Djurgården. Free time. Overnight stay.
Day 3. Breakfast. Boat trip to Drottningholm. Guided tour of the Royal Gardens (approx. 30 minutes). After visiting the Gardens about 30 minutes of free time. It is worth then to go on an individual tour of the Palace (entrance ticket to the palace is not included in the price of the tour; in case of a tour lasting more than 30 minutes, visitors can return on their own, on later boat, without a guide). Drottningholm Palace is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is the best-preserved 17th-century royal in Sweden and at the same time is representative of all European architecture for the period. Influenced by French prototype, the palace was built by architect Nicodemus Tessin the Elder by commission of Queen Hedvig Eleonora. A number of royal personages have since then left their mark on the palace. Return by boat to the centre of Stockholm. Free time. Overnight stay.
Day 4. Breakfast. Check-out from the hotel (by 11:00 a.m.). Transfer to Arlanda airport.
