Program Description

An exciting journey to Ho Chi Minh City awaits you - a vibrant metropolis where turbulent history meets modern urban life. This short yet intense city break is a perfect opportunity to discover the former Saigon, a place that has played a crucial role in Vietnam’s past.

Early in the morning, you will depart from Mui Ne or Phan Thiet and head towards Ho Chi Minh City. Your exploration begins at the Reunification Palace, a powerful symbol of Vietnam’s modern history. Walking through its halls, you will see the rooms where key political decisions were made.

Next, you will visit the War Remnants Museum, a deeply moving place that presents the story of the Vietnam War through photographs, documents, and original artefacts. This visit helps you better understand the dramatic impact of the conflict on the nation and its people.

In the afternoon, lunch will be served at a local restaurant, followed by continued sightseeing. You will stop at the Central Post Office, an impressive example of French colonial architecture that is still in operation and admired for its grand interiors and beautiful details. Nearby, you will also see Saigon’s Notre Dame Cathedral, an iconic landmark and a popular photo spot.

The tour continues with an exterior visit to Ho Chi Minh City Hall and the Opera House. These elegant buildings reflect the city’s colonial heritage and add a refined charm to the city centre. To finish the day on a high note, you will head to the Saigon Skydeck at Bitexco Tower, where breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline, the Saigon River, and the bustling streets below await you.

After sightseeing, you will transfer to your hotel for check-in and overnight stay. The evening is free for relaxation, or you may choose one of the optional activities, such as a dinner cruise on the Saigon River, the famous A O Show, or a combination of a double-decker bus tour with evening entertainment.

Early the next morning, you will be transferred to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your return flight.

The order of sightseeing and the program may be subject to change.
