The tour begins with pickup from hotels. Then drive to Chrysorrogiatissa Monastery, dedicated to "Our Lady of the Golden Pomegranate". The next stop is the unique Kykkos Monastery. It stands on top of a mountain at an altitude of 1,300 meters and holds one of the three icons of the Mother of God said to have been painted by the apostle Luke. Also on the agenda is the village of Pedhoulas and a traditional lunch at a taverna, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains. Finally, visit a winery in the village of Platres combined with wine tasting. Return to hotels.
