In the heart of Innsbruck, a world awaits where crystal becomes part of art, design and the story of one of the world’s most recognisable brands. Located near the famous Golden Roof in the historic Old Town, Swarovski Crystal Worlds Store offers a closer look at Swarovski craftsmanship from a completely new perspective.

Enjoy an approximately 30-minute guided tour with a Swarovski expert, who will introduce you to some of the store’s most fascinating displays. One of the highlights is the Timeless Wall, showcasing important designs and stories from the brand’s history. It is a chance to see crystal not only as part of jewellery, but also as a material used in art and design.

Next, head upstairs via the crystal staircase to see the Cascade Chandelier - an eye-catching crystal installation featured in the film Ocean’s 13. The way light reflects through the crystals highlights the precision and craftsmanship Swarovski is known for.

After the tour, relax with a drink in the bar area. You will also have time to browse the full collection, including jewellery and accessories, SWAROVSKI OPTIK products and artistic crystal pieces. At the end of your visit, you will receive a special crystal keepsake to take home as a reminder of your Swarovski experience in Innsbruck.
